This is the program page. Welcome! Below you can select from 3 subgroups of programs I have made myself during my years in Bio/Exercise Science. I am currently providing all of these programs free as they are all very basic and not specific to anyone.
There will be options for personalized programming soon or even upon request for a set price (TBD).
The following download will be an excel file including a college football program that is rather universal for any explosive sports. It will include a building weekly phasing setup and is rather straight forward.
4 Day – 1 Month Program
6 Day Program (Your own RPE/%)
This program will include an excel sheet that includes both a hypertrophy and strength phase. It is a 21 week program that is very flexible. The main lifts will be recorded in the spreadsheet and the accessories are up to you to complete as you want. the overview page will list the days and the lifts to complete. This is a very high volume program not for beginners.
This is a full body hyper to strength program. You will be only recording the important compound lifts you chose which will be controlled by a percentage system. After 5 weeks of moderate volume this is a great test program for full body heavy lifting.
