Hi! I'm Morgan.

For as long as I can remember I have been passionate about fitness and health. I nerd out when it comes to the science especially because of how it can be applied to making living healthy easy.  It doesn’t have to be hard and that is why I started. 

 

I came up with FitLife CV as a way to share with others the knowledge I have and help anyone I can. Here I will breakdown fitness fads, tricks, and more into words easily understood. 

 

I was an college athlete and exercise science/bio student, giving me a more refined perspective into fitness and it’s challenges. 

 

My Experiences

I have been lifting and delving into fitness for years now. I have experienced the ups and downs so you don’t have to. There are many thing I have learned from years of football and taking classes on exercise science spcifically. 

I understand that fitness is not at all a one size fits all. people thinking and teaching that concept is one huge issue in the industry currently. I have certain values I hold to avoid that misconception.
