I’ve created FitLife CV to help as many people as I can. I have had a passion for fitness and it has rewarded me in many ways. My mission is to spread what I know and have learned to people interested in change for the better. The fitness industry can be a tricky place to maneuver. There is misinformation and “fitness advocates” out there just to make a dime rather than give meaningful and valuable tips to the people putting in the time to read into it.
